Ryan Max Johnson Making Twins Cup Debut At New Jersey and Barber Motorsports Park.

After a Coronavirus aided delay to his Twins Cup debut, Ryan Max Johnson will finally be jumping into the MotoAmerica series at New Jersey Motorsports Park and Barber Motorsports Park. Piloting a Locomotion Investments / Hayden Schultz Racing FZ-07, Max is coming into the Twins Cup series with a lot of momentum. After impressive performances with the CMRA and ample test time on the FZ-07 platform, Johnson will be ready to mix it up with series regulars.

“I am excited to make my MotoAmerica debut at New Jersey and Barber, alongside my former teammate, Hayden Schultz,” said Johnson. “There was a lot of uncertainty about racing this season due to the pandemic, but Hayden has put together an impressive program and I am grateful for the opportunity to compete with his team. I appreciate the support from Locomotion Investments, Von Hertell Suspension, Bison Track, Vesrah, Magura, Woods Cycle, 6D, and the commitment from my race manager, Kimberly Eastburn.  Above all, I must thank my wife for making this even possible. I can’t wait to race against the nation’s best in professional road racing!”

“I am looking forward to have Max join the team the next couple rounds. I have had the pleasure of being teammates with him before and am excited to partner together again. I have seen his results this year in the CMRA and know how fast he is, I think he is going to really surprise people the at New Jersey and Barber. He is familiar with the Yamaha FZ-07 and I know with a good bike and team he will be right there mixing it up at the front,” said Hayden Schultz.
