According to the Judicial Procedures of the 2018 MotoAmerica Regulations and Procedures we confirm the sanction that has been imposed upon you.
Motive
You violated section 1.21b of the AMA/FIMNA MotoAmerica regulations and Competitor Bulletin 06-2018. Riders may only make one maneuver to avoid the draft, and the maneuver must be made in a responsible manner and not immediately proceeding the corner. Riders who are found in violation may be docked time, laps or disqualified from the session or race. You were observed making 4 maneuvers on the final lap of Junior Cup race 1
Sanction
For the above reason the Race Direction has decided to penalize you with a one second time penalty, assessed on the total time of your race. Future non compliance will result in further penalties.
Right of Appeal
According to 1.7 of the 2018 MotoAmerica Regulations and Procedures, you have the right to appeal against this decision, to the FIM North America Stewards, within 30 minutes from the date and time of receipt of this decision. The appeal must be lodged in writing stating the grounds for the appeal and accompanied by the appeal fee of $1,500.
