Riding her Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 on Dunlop control tires, the 20-year-old defending Champion lapped the 2.3-mile track in 1:46.507. Not only was that good enough to claim provisional pole position, but that lap time was more than 4.5 seconds faster than the next rider in the all-female field.

Camille Conrad was the best of the rest with a 1:51.102, and Emma Betters earned the third and final spot on the front row with a 1:51.780.
