Industry Veteran To Serve as Marketing/Sales Manager

COSTA MESA, CA (October 10, 2018) – MotoAmerica has announced that it has hired industry veteran Jeff Nasi as its Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, effective immediately. Nasi comes to MotoAmerica with an extensive background in enthusiast marketing, advertising, content and events, after spending 20-plus years in automotive/motorcycling media.

“Jeff strongly believes in client advocacy and his reputation in the industry reflects it,” said MotoAmerica CFO Richard Varner. “We’re excited to have him on board to help expand our sponsorship relations as well as our content and marketing strategies. We’re looking forward to continued growth as we begin to build his team.”

Nasi has worked most recently as Director of Marketing for 4 Wheel Parts, the aftermarket industry’s largest retailer of truck, Jeep and UTV accessories; and as Senior Director, Enthusiast Media at Motor Trend Group, formerly The Enthusiast Network.

“I’m beyond happy to be a part of both the MotoAmerica Series and the people behind it,” Nasi said. “I believe in the greater good of the industry and that we’re all in this together.”

MotoAmerica experienced solid growth from 2017 to 2018 and is staffing up to capitalize on the next stage.

“Race weekends will expand entertainment offerings to capture a wider swath of demographics. We’re especially focusing on the family dynamic,” said MotoAmerica Partner Chuck Aksland.

Content generation will not only increase in reach but subject matter as well.

“I’m a big fan of the consumer experience as it is the foundation to build on whether it be sponsorship, marketing, content or events,” Nasi said. “Don’t just give people what they want, give them what they need and be authentic about it. There is so much more about motorcycle racing and culture that needs to be shared.”

Nasi is based at the MotoAmerica headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.
