PMT Set To Be Spec Tire For New Class
IRVINE, CA (May 15, 2020) – MotoAmerica is pleased to announce that PMT Tires will be the official spec tire for the new Mini Cup by Motul class for 2020, thus further leveling the playing field for the young racers taking part in the series.
The new three-round Mini Cup by Motul Series, aimed at youth racers aged six to 14, gives a solid platform for youngsters to break into the road racing scene. The series is set to begin at the second round of the MotoAmerica Series at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, June 26-28.
The Mini Cup by Motul Series will use Ohvale GP-0 motorcycles along with Italian GP-0, PMT Tires. These tires have been developed specifically for the Ohvale motorcycle and they have proven to enhance the handling of the bike with maximum grip.
The PMT is a long-running company that started in 1990 and is based on a pure passion for racing. Nowadays its production span covers several different tire types, such as the very small tires for R/C cars, the 6.50-inch for Minimoto and Escooter, the 10-and 12-inch tires.

It is highly recommended that competitors order tires in advance and come to the races prepared. Rise Moto will also be facilitating a tire fitting service for all MotoAmerica Mini Cup by Motul events.
