Chris Bays, Tyler Freeman, Curtis Murray, and now Draik Beauchamp will all fly RBoM Racing colors in the Twins Cup race at Barber Motorsports Park as the final round of the 2018 MotoAmerica series takes place next weekend, Sept 21-23.

Draik Beauchamp is the latest addition to the RBoM roster as the team is looking forward to stacking the field for the last Twins Cup race of the year. Beauchamp has raced RBoM Racing prepped Suzuki SV650 machines in the past, with both WERA and CCS, and is excited to switch classes and mix it up with the Twins Cup front-runners.

Chris Bays and Tyler Freeman will also join Beauchamp on the Twins Cup grid, as will Curtis Murray, all competing on RBoM Racing Suzuki SV650’s. Bays’ 3rd place finish at PittRace, in his MotoAmerica Twins Cup debut, was not unexpected but nonetheless impressive. Bays’ familiarity with the Barber circuit should prove valuable and could make things even more demoralizing for the other competitors.

Tyler Freeman has not been seen on the Twins Cup grid since the VIR round, but Freeman has been putting in the laps on his SV650 at some regional club races and is confident he can improve on his 7th place finish at VIR. Freeman pulled double duty at VIR, racing in both Twins Cup and Jr Cup classes, but his focus has shifted to Twins Cup only for Barber and Freeman is determined to run with the leaders.

Beauchamp, Bays, Freeman, and Murray have all successfully tested the bikes and the “Band of Misfits” are looking forward to the MotoAmerica finale in Alabama.
