Vision Wheel M4 ECSTAR Suzuki rider Tyler Scott will start the MotoAmerica Supersport races at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta from pole position.

Scott, age 17, was fastest in Qualifying One (Q1) on Friday afternoon, and when overnight rain left the Georgia circuit damp-but-drying for Qualifying Two (Q2) on Saturday morning, Scott’s lap time of 1:28.977 held up to earn him pole position.

Scott will share the front row with Tytlers Cycle Racing Kawasaki’s Stefano Mesa (1:29.503) and Michael Gilbert Racing Suzuki’s Michael Gilbert (1:29.630).

Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati NYC rider Xavi Fores, who is racing at Road Atlanta for the first time since 2004, was fastest of the 10 riders who tested the mixed conditions in Q2 but ended up fifth based on the quicker times from Q1.
