MotoAmerica: Scott Takes Provisional Pole In Supersport Q1 At Road Atlanta

Tyler Scott, riding his Vision Wheel M4 ECSTAR Suzuki GSX-R750, claimed provisional pole position during MotoAmerica Supersport Qualifying One (Q1) Friday afternoon at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

Scott, age 17, led the field with a lap time of 1:28.977.

Second-best in the session was Stefano Mesa with a lap time of 1:29.503 on his Tytlers Cycle Racing Kawasaki ZX-6R.

Earning the third and final spot on the provisional front row was Michael Gilbert with a 1:29.630 on his Michael Gilbert Racing Suzuki GSX-R750.
