West Side Performance Racing, based in Hialeah, FL, is excited to announce its MotoAmerica lineup as it includes young racers that will pursue success in both the Stock 1000 and Supersport classes.

Making his MotoAmerica debut next weekend, Alex Nieves Jr. will compete in Stock 1000. Nieves is a three-time FMRRA Champion in the 1000 SSTK class and is the reigning National Champion in the CCS Unlimited SBK class.

Alex says, “Racing in MotoAmerica is a dream come true and I am thankful to be part of the premier racing series in the country. To share the grid once again with Jake Lewis and other racers that I rode with in my youth is going to be a blast.”

Alex enjoys support and partnerships with Mark Tenn Motorsports and Shoei Helmets USA.

Coming off an incredible performance in the 2021 Daytona 200 and competing in the Supersport class, Christian Miranda aims to pick up right where he left off in his MotoAmerica debut at Barber in 2019. While just a teenager, Christian ran all the way up top 10 positioning on a track he had never seen, while riding on Dunlop’s finest tires for the first time in his career. Miranda is a five-time FMRRA Champion in the 600 SSTK class and has run toe-to-toe with international stars like Moto2 competitor Simone Corsi at Daytona.

Christian says, “MotoAmerica is exactly what I have worked hard to get to, and Round 1 is just the start of where I plan to shine.”

Christian is supported by partners like Dunlop Racing Tires, Edge Racing Brand, and SBS Brakes.

The team is proud to be involved with and is going to work hard to represent shared partners like: West Side Jose, Florida Track Days, Thermosman Suspension, Nitido Racing, SoFlo SBK, Envy Racing Apparel and AtTheApexPhotos.

Keep an eye out for the Orange and Black bikes as they make their mark in 2021!
