This just in from Roadracing World reporter Neil Morrison:

“Honestly the rain is heavier now than it has been at any point today. We have a provisional start time which is 70 minutes away. The race can’t start any later than 17:00 (5:00 p.m.) so I think it’s really unlikely we’ll see anything today. At this point looks like a certain there won’t be any Moto2/3 races.”

Series promoter Dorna has said that there is no rain date option, and that any racing at Silverstone will happen today or not at all. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available…
