Motonation is very happy to announce its new Customer Support Portal. This is a great resource to answer any technical questions you may have on any product distributed by Motonation.

Covering Sidi boots, AGV Sport apparel, Forcefield Body Armour and Vemar helmets any rider can, via this portal quickly and easily resolve and product question or concern.

Features include:

·Articles packed with helpful tips for maintenance and repair to keep gear in great condition.

·A live chat interface to speak with our customer service agent during business hours.

·The automated warranty claims submission form.

The knowledgebase consists of detailed articles with graphic depictions of different maintenance and repair techniques as well as general information. In addition this knowledge base is being constantly updated with information from the manufacturers as well as practical tips and tricks from the community.

The live chat feature is a great way to speak with our customer service agents to quickly get answers to specific questions. This feature is only available during normal business hours 8am-5pm PST M-F. If our customer service agents are not available chat will not be accessible.

The automated warranty claims form has been revamped for this new platform. It is still useable by both dealers as well as customers. One of the most useful features, before submitting a claim it will search the knowledgebase and present any article which could be useful to address the issue.
