Victory Motorcycles Hires New External Relations Specialist Tony Meirovitz Takes Over New Responsibilities in Growing Parts, Garments and Accessories Division MINNEAPOLIS, March 2, 2007 Victory Motorcycles, a division of Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE: PII), today announced the hiring of Robert Pandya as external relations specialist. Pandya will replace Tony Meirovitz, who successfully led Victory Motorcycle’s external relations since June 2005. Meirovitz has accepted a new position within the company, focusing on marketing and communications for the PURE Victory and PURE Polaris Parts, Garments and Accessories (PG& A) division. Pandya comes to Victory with nearly ten years of industry experience ranging from selling motorcycles on the floor and penning articles for motorcycle publications, to acting as motorcycle product and PR manager for Aprilia World Services USA. Most recently, Pandya served as Aprilia off-road product manager for Piaggio Group USA, where he was responsible for the planning of a new off-road segment. Pandya successfully increased Aprilia’s visibility and product awareness while managing events and media relations for both the Aprilia and MotoGuzzi brands. Pandya also has served as the official spokesperson for the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show for the past two years. “Robert’s passion for riding, coupled with his strong professional and personal reputation within the motorcycle industry, make him the logical choice for this important position, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the Victory Motorcycles team,” said Mark Blackwell, vice president of Victory Motorcycles. “During his time at Polaris, Tony has done an outstanding job growing Victory’s brand awareness and I am excited to now have his support on the PURE business. I am confident that Robert will help us continue this positive growth and will prove to be a great asset to our company.” In his new position, Pandya will work directly with Victory’s marketing team to develop and execute the company’s public relations plan and strategy. Pandya will be responsible for working to increase awareness of Victory Motorcycles and its bikes through media relations, event planning and the management of press events and product launches. “I am truly excited to work with the Victory team. I have always been impressed with their motorcycles and think the direction the company is taking with its new products is really exciting,” says Pandya. “To be allowed the opportunity to work with a company that is leading the industry in American innovation is a true honor.” In his new position as marketing and communications specialist for PURE Victory and PURE Polaris Parts Garments and Accessories, Meirovitz will work to enhance the riding experience for Victory and Polaris customers. He will focus on consumer marketing and e-commerce for PG&A as it relates to all Polaris product lines, including the growing apparel and accessory offerings for Victory Motorcycles. “I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished on Victory’s behalf since I started at the company in 2005 and am grateful for the support we’ve received from the press during that time. While I’ll forever cherish the time I spent managing external relations for Victory, I’m looking forward to my new challenge as I shift to the PG&A division and help Victory and Polaris continue to grow,” said Meirovitz. “I know Robert well and have no doubt that he will help take the growing Victory Motorcycle brand to an even greater level of awareness and familiarity.” About Polaris Industries and Victory Motorcycles With annual 2006 sales of $1.7 Billion, Polaris designs, engineers, manufactures and markets snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), Victory motorcycles and the Polaris RANGER for recreational and utility use.
