EDR Performance the West Coast’s #1 performance, street and road race shop has finished moving into its new larger location. EDR Performance is now relocated back to the Portland suburb of Beaverton,Oregon. Our new shop has nearly doubled to now 12,000 sq. ft. If you saw our shop feature in Roadracing World (February 2010) you saw how full our old location was. After yet another successful year and our business continuing to grow, a new shop was required. This new location solves some of things our customers had been requesting such as: Much easier freeway access, larger parking lot, multiple loading docks, a much bigger showroom with more products, a larger engine room and nearly three times the space for our service/dyno tuning department. The new shop has an entirely new larger showroom with nearly double the inventory. We have brought back our original sales girl Gwynne Stark to run the sales and parts department. Gwynne worked for EDR from 2002-2007 before moving and we are glad to have her back, bringing all her knowledge of parts, accessories, and products for our customers. In our service department we have tripled the size, adding 3 more work bays, 4 more long term bike build bays, expanded our engine build/clean room to nearly 2,000sqft, as well as added another full time technician. Ben Waller who worked with EDR from 2001-2006 before going to work for GP Suspension is now back. Ben rejoins long time EDR techs Jay Kallberg, Gary Guinn and Nolan Igarashi. Ben brings a wealth of service knowledge as well as we can now offer our customers more in-house suspension service work with him. EDR Performance once again in 2010 had a tremendous year winning races and multiple championships in AFM, OMRRA, WMRRA and MRA. For 2011 we have even more riders joining the team and will be competing in all the above clubs along with AMA, WERA, EMRA, CMRA and USBA.
