BTT, LLC UNVEILS THE FUTURE HOME OF MOTORSPORTS ON OAHU

Honolulu, HI — There has been no motorsports facility on the island of Oahu for over thirteen years…where just under one million people call home in Hawaii.

On September 25th, 2019 after two ½ years of pre-development, Michael Kitchens, CEO of BTT, LLC announced their vision for the future of motorsports on Oahu – Circuit Hawaii | Real Racing – In Paradise.

Circuit Hawaii will be the premiere MotorSports experience situated on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Our vision is an FIA Grade 3 complex capable of supporting a wide variety of racing events to include drag racing, moto racing, drifting, karting, dirt racing and so much more.

In addition, several club membership packages will be offered by the Hawaii Driver’s Club for everyone from the affluent enthusiast looking for perks and privileges to those just looking to enjoy the thrill behind the wheel of an exotic sports car.

Presenting alongside was Ben Willshire from UK-based motorsports consultants Driven International, Ltd with Coffman Engineers and HHF Planners also in support. Yoshi Development New York is responsible for architectural design.

Circuit Hawaii is being designed and developed by Driven. Driven is an award winning, RIBA chartered architectural, design and consultancy firm, operating across the global outdoor sports and leisure sector, with particular expertise in resort-based motorsport and driving venues. The complex will consist of the following:

  • 1/8th-mile drag strip
  • 1.5-mile licensed FIA road course
  • ¼-mile dirt track
  • Additional features to include a clubhouse, race control, pits, garages and event space

The Circuit Hawaii complex will be located in the most appropriate area on Oahu for MotorSports – in Campbell Industrial Park directly to the west of Kalaeloa Airport and within a short 6-mile drive to the luxurious Ko Olina vacation resort. Its close proximity to an active airport as well as the beautiful resort will ensure an arrive and drive experience like no other offering not only the excitement of racing but easy travel and incredible accommodations.

Circuit Hawaii is currently offering an initial Founding Membership package while it gathers further investment. The project is conservatively expected to be completed in three years, by 2022.

Join us as we begin our journey in providing Hawaii a world class racing circuit and a home for our expansive motorsports communities.

BTT, LLC stands for “Build the Track!” and is a limited liability company backed by professionals and racing enthusiasts dedicated to the creation of a multi-venue motorsports facility for the community of Oahu and the State of Hawaii.
