This will honor the Pole position winner from the combined qualifying sessions from Friday and Saturday as the SuperSport competitors compete for the Young Gun and Top Gun Championships. In addition to the Pole Award, the AMA Pro SuperSport Most Laps Led Award, a second $1,000 award, will be presented to the SuperSport rider who leads the most laps in both Saturday and Sunday’s SuperSport races.
