New Sponsor For Canadian National Amateur Superbike Class

TORONTO, ON (May 17, 2011) – Frontline CSBK Inc., Canada’s premier road racing series organizer, is pleased to announce K&N Performance Filters is the official class sponsor of Amateur Superbike in the Canadian Supebike Championship by Parts Canada. “K&N prides itself in supporting the youth and up-and-coming racers in all forms of motorsports. It drives us by getting behind their racing efforts while helping to provide them a place to prove their talents. K&N’s involvement in the 2011 CSBK Amateur Superbike class is no different,” stated Johnny Jump, Brand Manager, K&N Engineering. “We are very excited to support a class at this level that will drive the future of racing and develop tomorrow’s hero. K&N works day in and day out with top level teams to provide them the maximum performance advantage using K&N’s purpose built RACE-SPEC High-Flow air filters and our Wrench-Off Synthetic Oil Filters.” Competitors are allowed the use of after-market air filters in order to increase performance. That combined with minimum weight requirements and control tires help make for very competitive racing while remaining cost conscience. “We are very proud to have K&N come on board to support the new Amateur Superbike class,” said Kevin Graham, of series organizer, Frontline CSBK. “It is with organizations like K&N that assist in making this class possible.” The 2011 Canadian Superbike Championship kicks off on May 20th with the Pirelli tire test at Calabogie Motorsports Park, which will be hosted by the Turn 2 Sportbike School. Round one will take place May 27-29 at Circuit ICAR near Montreal.
