The nomination period for those interested in running for a seat on the 12-member Board of Trustees for the American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) is drawing to a close. Four of the 12 seats are up for election. Those interested in running for the Board of Trustees must submit a 500-700 word personal biography and position statement, along with a head-and-shoulders picture, to the organization. Submissions will be accepted electronically. The photo should be in JPEG format at a resolution of 300 DPI. Submissions should be sent to Cathy Lile, co-director of communications, at [email protected]. The deadline for submissions is November 15. The biographies, position statements and photographs are scheduled to be published in the December issue of Vintage Views, the organization’s newsletter, along with ballot forms. According to Tim Lile, co-director of communications for AHRMA, ballots must be returned to AHRMA by January 15. The results will be tabulated in January and the elected Board members installed at the organization’s meeting at Daytona in March.
