Paramount Racing team owner Trent Thompson and Steve Brubaker of the Eastern-U.S. Dunlop race tire distributor Sport Tire Service have helped kick our Air Fence Fund up to $59,592 or enough for 20 beautiful sections of Air Fence, or 600 linear feet of protection for our AMA racers.

Thompson kicked in an impressive $5000 and Brubaker plunked down $3000 to buy Air Fence. And racer Mark Hatten pledged $29 and sent this note: “As a AMA Charter Life Member, I no longer have to pay my $29 annual dues. As an AMA Pro Racing license holder and Pro Thunder racer, I can’t think of a better way to spend that $29 than chipping in towards the purchase of Air Fence sections. In fact, I’ll gladly send my $29 each year to Roadracing World if they continue to spearhead worthy effort like this.”

Former Daytona 200 winner Don Emde sent $1000 in memory of Cal Rayborn and other new donations have come in from Robb McElroy, Norm Viano, Kevin Jordan, Val Gregory in memory of Dirk Piz, Dave Gess, Rob Berland, AMA Pro racers Mike Ciccotto and Tripp Nobles, Scott Rehl, Jim Frost, Steve Martinez, Frederick Olsen, Don Moody, Rene Ferron, Sean Patrick Brisini, Richard Korol, Eric and Khristine Lowanger and Jamieson D. Yonker.
