To account for the airflow vents in the front number plate used in this class, the new number style includes a bright colored outline to maximize legibility. Vance & Hines will provide, free of charge, one (1) set of numbers free of charge (including front, left and right tailpiece) pre-bagged for each competitor entered for the first round of the season. Competitors may pick up their complimentary numbers at the Vance & Hines race support truck in the paddock at Daytona International Speedway on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Additional number sets will be available for purchase throughout the season from Vance & Hines. A guidelines document is shown below [diagram available via link above] for all XR1200 competitors, denoting available locations for sponsor decals as well as positioning of class logos and competitors numbers. Vance & Hines class patches for competitor suits will also be available, free of charge, from the Vance & Hines support truck.
