OMRRA: Race Results From Round Two At Portland International Raceway

OMRRA: Race Results From Round Two At Portland International Raceway

© 2018, Roadracing World Publishing, Inc.

Once the morning clouds burned off, blue skies and mid 80’s created perfect track conditions for the second round of OMRRA May 13 at Portland International Raceway, in Portland, Oregon. Lap times were dramatically different from the first round with the top racers in the Overall Championship dropping into the 1:06 lap times and multiple lap records being broken in the Ultra-lightweight and Lightweight classes. All the great early results bode well for the rest of the season!

Andy Dibrino took a lead in the APEX Overall Championship on his Yamaha YZF-R1 by winning all four of his races. The simple results don’t tell the story of the close racing between the competitors with Jeremy Coffey, Ryan Sutton, and Kevin Pinkstaff giving Andy solid battles for the prizes.
