There’s still time to put in your bid for an amazing gear package from MotoGP star Colin Edwards! This fantastic eBay auction includes Edwards’ personal Spidi leathers and gloves, Arai helmet and Sidi boots. The “Texas Tornado” will wear this gear during the July 19 USGP race and present it to the high bidder during ceremonies that night. Bid now! The auction winner will also get a pair of three-day general admission passes to the races and a pair of passes to the exclusive pre-race Yamaha party on Friday, July 18, at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. All proceeds go to Cycle World magazine’s Joseph C. Parkhurst Memorial Scholarship Fund, which benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s college scholarship program. The eBay auction currently stands at $6,200, but it ends at noon PT on Sunday, July 13. If the high bidder can’t attend the USGP, we’ll ship the riding gear at no charge. Many thanks to Colin Edwards, Yamaha U.S. and Cycle World for making this auction possible. Please bid generously. You’ll not only be bidding on a seriously collectable set of riding gear, you’ll be offering the hope of a better future to some very deserving young people. Motorcyclists are making a difference in the world! Here is a link to the auction: ~http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=180261075937~
