This episode goes behind-the-scenes with O’Hara as he goes about his daily life in Petaluma, California. During the off-season from AMA Pro Racing, O’Hara spends his days training and working out “” both at the local gym and on the farm. After running to and from his exercise class at the gym, O’Hara helps out at a local dairy farm before riding motocross through the rolling hills of northern California.
Tyler O’Hara received his first [motorcycle] at the age of 4 and has since, been competing in almost every discipline of motorcycle racing. He has worked his way through the ranks to race against the fastest guys in the country, and has won titles in road racing, motocross, cross country, dirt track and supermoto.
