Joey Pascarella returns to Italy for final round of CIV/Italian Championship
San Francisco, CA – American Joey Pascarella has extended his 2011 sponsorship agreement with The Jon Block Group, an internationally recognized medical device consulting firm based in San Francisco. The agreement includes support for the 10th and final round of the CIV/Italian Championship in Mugello this weekend.
Joey commented, “I am very happy to be returning to Mugello – it’s one of my favorite tracks. I have fond memories, from posting the lap record (600 Superstock), to securing the pole position during my last appearance there. No doubt I will need to be on top of my game – the competition is fierce with the top riders only a few points from each other for the overall championship. I’m expecting to run at the front on my Pirelli-shod Yamaha YZF R6, so Sunday’s race could be a very interesting event!
