Cupertino, CA – LeoVince Pegram Racing Ducati pilot, Larry Pegram, broke the standing lap record at western Pennsylvania’s BeaveRun Motorsports Complex (www.beaverun.com) on his Dunlop shod Ducati 749R. “We invited Larry out to the track to show us what he and his Ducati were capable of doing. In only a handful of laps, (riding on the same rear tire he finished the Laguna Seca race on) he broke the standing track record of 57.40 with a time of 56.93,” said Pegram supporter and track investor Mike Milan. After setting the record Larry offered Mike Milan and Aaron Berry, Area Sales Manager for Ducati, some track time on the LeoVince Pegram Racing Ducati. Both riders loved the bike and felt that this was the best handling Ducati they had ever ridden. Milan was so impressed he purchased the bike. Larry Pegram recently finished a great season of racing his Ducati 749R’s in the AMA Lockhart Phillips Formula Xtreme Series. He finished 4th overall with three podium finishes for the year.
