Bo Sporer, who describes himself as a “former GLRRA, WERA, CCS and AHRMA Expert” from Brighton, Michigan, sent in this photo and a note: “Motz is a pre-named rescue from an elderly woman who had to go to a nursing home. I Googled the name Motz and realized he must be named after Bob Motz, a former motorcycle racer and more recently the IHRA and NHRA 1/4-mile record holder for fastest ET and top speed in a jet-powered semi-truck. “Motz keeps a human named Bo Sporer around for companionship, (and to fill the food bowl).” We are wrapping up this series by New Year’s Day, and are not accepting additional entries. The most popular pet name submitted is Rossi.
