Danielle Nickerson of Milford, Nova Scotia, Canada sent in this photo of Casey, with a note: “This is Casey (Stoner). My boyfriend and I got this charcoal lab when he was six weeks. Within 30 minutes of having him we rushed him off to his second home–our local racetrack. Dad is a pro racer in Canada, and mom is a motorsports photographer. He is rightfully named after Casey Stoner!” Do you have a pet named after a famous racer, or know someone else who has a pet named after a famous racer? Send an in-focus pet photo (as a jpeg file) along with the name of the pet, the name of their human or humans, and their hometown, to [email protected] . The photo may be featured on roadracingworld.com during slow news days.
