CT RACING/PIRELLI Celebrate Dominating WERA West, CVMA, and the AFM in 2012!

WERA WEST:

2012 marked a year of dominance for CT RACING, Pirelli, and the tires of World Superbike in all of the regional USA West-Coast racing series. Championships, race wins and track records began in January 2012, with Joey Pascarella dominating both the 600 C Superstock and Superbike classes. Rolling into Las Vegas for round two, CT RACING and Pirelli tires had another breakthrough weekend with David Anthony winning 1000cc A Superbike, Formula One, and coming away with a 1000cc track record. Pascarella that weekend also won both 600 C Superstock and Superbike classes and, like Anthony did with his class, broke the 600 track record.

Corey Sarros, Jeremy Toye, and Jake Zemke shared race wins for the remainder of the season in 1000cc A Superstock and Formula One with Sarros taking home both A Superstock and Formula One championships. Richard Maves was able to bring home both the 1000cc A Superstock and Formula one novice championships while Joseph Ruck won both 600cc C Superstock and Superbike championships.

In WERA West, Pirelli won a total of 18 championships.

Additionally, CT RACING and Pirelli had huge success in the 250 classes across the different West-Coast series with Flying Brian Bartlow’s team Feel Like A Pro! Bartlow earned over 12 track records and he and his team brought home 66 victories over the course of the 2012 season. Bartlow and his team proved that the little 250 Pirelli tire can’t be beat; clearly the fastest 250 tire on the market!

CT RACING and Pirelli thank all of our loyal customers and racers. With over 62 championships in California alone, we’re so happy to have such a great relationship with all of these racers and we look forward to a great 2013 season of renewed, defended, domination, with the same tires used and developed in World Superbike competition.
