Going to the 75th running of the Daytona 200 and Daytona Bike Week? You are invited to The Daytona 200 Monument Celebration on Wednesday March 9, 2016 at noon. The founder and builder of the Daytona 200 Monument is 3-time Daytona 200 winner Dick Klamfoth. Dick will be there along with racing greats sharing stories and memories and celebrating the new plaques and bricks added to this beautiful tribute to the champions and motorcycle people who make the Daytona 200 happen! One new plaque is for 3-time AMA National Champion Randy Renfrow from Friends of Randy (see photo). The Daytona 200 Monument is on the Boardwalk, just behind the Hilton and north of the Ferris Wheel and south of the Bandshell. The monument is free and open to the public year round. We hope to see you on Wednesday of Bike Week! For more info on how you can be a part of it, go to www.daytona200monument.com
