The voicesofmontereybay.org website is reporting that long-time race event promoter and track management expert Chris Pook has filed a complaint with the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) over Monterey County awarding a contract to manage Laguna Seca to a new company founded by a hotel executive with no motorsports experience.
