STEVE FOWLER, Ride In Peace Steven Fowler, 57, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away in his home on Tuesday, April 3rd of natural causes. Steve was married to Sharon Fowler and has two sons. Steve was an information systems engineer with CACI International Inc. Motorcycles and racing were a big part of his life. Steve road raced motorcycles, rode dirt bikes, toured the country on his Honda Gold Wing, was a coach and tech inspector with the Motorcycle Xcitement family at Summit Point Raceway, longtime member of the Mid-Atlantic Road Racing Club, early racer with Duc Pond Ducati Racing Team and a big part of the Duc Pond Motorsports family in Winchester, VA. There will be an informal memorial service for friends and family of Steve this Saturday, April 7 from 2-4 pm at the Omps Funeral Home at 1600 Amherst Street, Winchester, Va.
