Vanderhaar Racing is pleased to announce the launch of JimmyV does the TT, a blog detailing the experiences of James “JimmyV” Vanderhaar as he prepares for the 2009 Isle of Man TT. This website will provide a means of communication with friends, family, and fans. It will also serve as a sponsorship and donation platform providing information to those with the means and desire to donate.

The annual festival of speed will commence on May 30th and run through June 13. Jimmy will be competing aboard a 2008 Yamaha R1 provided by Team Velocity Racing and a Triumph 675 supplied by RidersDiscount.com.

Jimmy’s acceptance into the 2009 TT is the latest in a long list of racing accomplishments. He has long been a force to be reckoned with in the WERA Bridgestone National Endurance Series where he currently races for Chuck Ivey’s Team Velocity Racing aboard TVR131.

Vanderhaar Racing’s efforts are sponsored by Berte Engineering, Alpinestars, Thrust Company Sprockets, HEL Brake Lines, and Arai Helmets. Their unwavering support and dedication makes all of our racing endeavors possible. A very special thanks goes out to Garry Hayes for his work in arranging this event as well as Chuck Ivey and the team at RidersDiscount.com for graciously supplying two highly competitive motorcycles.

Finally, we would like to personally thank each and every member of DCSportbikes.net for rallying to the cause in the wake of sweeping changes. We greatly appreciate all of your donations and look forward to representing you and this great country on one of the world’s biggest stages.
