Rain Affecting Yamaha Team Test At Las Vegas Motor Speedway

The Graves Yamaha and Pat Clark Motorsports Yamaha teams are trying to conclude a two-day test today at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but so far it has not been the most productive effort. Rain on Monday kept Graves Yamaha’s Tommy Aquino, Josh Hayes and Josh Herrin and Pat Clark Motorsports Yamaha’s Ben Bostrom and Chris Clark off the track all day, and as of late-morning today the riders had only gotten 20 minutes of track time on Tuesday. “We’re hoping to get in an hour at lunch time, before the rain comes back, and then we’re done,” Hayes told Roadracingworld.com. “But it was nice to get a few laps in and get my mind right before the big test at Fontana [Auto Club Speedway].” The teams shared the track over the two days with the Yamaha Champions Riding School.
