Rain Forces Cancellation Of Thursday’s Qualifying Session At Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix

Adverse weather conditions have forced organizers to cancel Thursday’s qualifying session for the City of Dreams Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix. The session was scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. local time Thursday. In reaction, Friday’s qualifying session has been extended from 45 to 60 minutes. The 15-lap City of Dreams Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix is scheduled to take place at 3:30 p.m. local time on Saturday, November 19. Weather forecasts call for scattered rain showers through Saturday, and the motorcycles do not go out on the street circuit in Macau when it is wet.
