New York Safety Track, a one-year-old road course located between Harpersfield and Davenport, New York, that is owned and operated by a group of motorcycle enthusiasts, has lost a legal challenge to local residents.

According to an article posted at www.thedailystar.com, Friends of Rural Life, a group of 34 area residents, sued New York Safety Track LLC, the Harpersfield Town Board, the Harperfield Planning Board and others on a variety of issues.
