Report: Yamaha Motor Posted Fourth Quarter Loss, First Quarterly Loss In Four Years

Japan’s Yamaha Motor Company, parent company of Yamaha Motor Corp., U.S.A. and the world’s second-largest motorcycle manufacturer, posted a loss of $467 million in the fourth quarter of 2008, the company’s first quarterly loss in at least four years, according to a report appearing on Bloomberg.com.
