R.I.P. Former Racer/NESBA Midwest Director Fred Duncan

Frederick “Fred” William Duncan, Jr., died of cancer November 17 in Aurora, Illinois. He was 49. Duncan was a former CCS racer and former Director of the NESBA Midwest region, according to an e-mail sent to Roadracingworld.com by Duncan’s friend Kyle Russell. A visitation followed by a memorial service has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 20 at Dunn Family Funeral Home, 1801 So. Douglas Ave., Oswego, IL, 60543, (630) 554-3888.
