Noted two-stroke race engine builder and tuner Harry Okuda, 65, died from cancer September 28 at Veterans Hospital in Long Beach, California, according to CMRRA boss Al Lyons. He is survived by his wife Debra. A memorial service has been scheduled at 1:00 p.m. October 4 at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601.
