FIRST PERSON/OPINION: Via e-mail: Team Speedbike Deeply Mourns the Tragic Loss of a Teammate and Friend Scott “Bozzy” Bosworth (#33 Expert, LRRS) was tragically and unexpectedly taken from us Saturday, May 12, 2007 in a tramautic racing incident at NHIS. We remain shocked and infinately hurt by the loss of a true friend. Scott was a longtime road racer, dating back to the days of the Bridgehampton track and will be remembered for his kindness, loyalty to his friends and family and sense of humor. Friends should know that Scott went suddenly while participating in a sport he loved. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and his partner Jessica. Respectfully, we request that friends focus, not on the dangers associated with racing motorcycles or the details of the events, but on Scott as we all knew him for years, thoughts and prayers for his family and Jessica and fond rememberances of the times we were blessed to be with him. From Team Speedbike and all of the LRRS community, we wish him Godspeed. He will be painfully missed.
