Danny Knight, a 20-year-old Pro dirt tracker out of Stockton, California passed away on September 20th, 2007 of complications of a motorcycle crash at Lodi Cycle Bowl in Lodi, California. Danny was coming out of turn four when he highsided and was thrown back into the middle of the track where he was hit by another rider. Danny suffered severe head injuries and a collapsed lung. He was always a fighter and hung on for 19 days while in the NICU at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. Unfortunately pneumonia set in and he was unable to fight it off. Because Danny did not have any medical or life insurance his parents were left with an enormous amount of bills that they are unable to take care of on their own. On October 6th, 2007 there will be a race and auction held at Lodi Cycle Bowl in memory of Danny to help raise funds for some of those costs. We are asking for any donations or items that will be able to be auctioned off. If there are any questions please feel free to call or email. Thank you for your time and support. Sincerely, Nicky Moore & The Knight Family All donations can be mailed to: Nicky Moore 6230 Don Ave. Riverbank, Ca. 95367 Nicky Moore 209-484-9449 nickymoore28@yahoo .com
