Roadracing World Reader Survey: Ben Spies And King Kenny Roberts Are Favorite Racers

Ben Spies and King Kenny Roberts Are Roadracing World Reader Favorites Over 1500 respondents in the 2010 Roadracing World Reader Survey weighed in on two pressing issues – the identities of their favorite racer and their favorite racing legend. Reigning Superbike World Champion Ben Spies beat out reigning MotoGP World Champion Valentino Rossi by 15 votes for favorite racer. The next contender, 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden, finished 206 votes behind Rossi. Three-time 500cc World Champion King Kenny Roberts handily beat out 1993 500cc World Champion Kevin Schwantz as the favorite racing legend.
