(La Palma, Calif.) Today, Roland Sands Design, Inc. (RSD) announced the hiring of Lauren Hargrove as Marketing Manger. Hargrove will oversee all aspects of RSD marketing including strategic planning, sales forecasting, public relations, trade shows and RSD consumer events. She will work closely with President, Roland Sands, to direct and implement the continued growth of the RSD brand. “Lauren will be a huge asset to the company as we continue to grow our product offerings and push the limits of motorcycle customization,” said Roland Sands, President of RSD. “Her financial skills and attention to detail couldnt be better suited for this position. She’s got it going on.” Hargrove previously worked for The Agency, a San Diego-based promotions model agency, where she managed accounting, human resources, project management, and key accounts. A graduate of the University of San Diego, she has a BBA in Business Administration/Marketing and a BA in Mass Media.
