Safety First Suzuki, GP Suspension and Penske Shocks Together Again in 2007 GP Suspension in conjunction with Penske racing shocks, are back with Safety First Suzuki for 2007 after a fruitful and rewarding relationship last season. The Oregon City, OR based GP Suspension is committed to providing superior motorcycle suspension products and unsurpassed customer service and expertise to both street riders and motorcycle racers, along with having trackside support at West Coast Regional Club Races and AMA events. Penske rear shocks have proven to be very versatile and easier to set up than the competition, making it an easy decision for Safety First to remain with them. “It’s testament to the quality of their product and the expertise of Dave and Chip at GP and Tim at Penske when our riders last year commented that they had the best handling bikes they have ever had in their career at tracks like Road Atlanta and Laguna Seca” commented Safety First Suzuki team owner, Kevin Hanson. Chip Bogosian from GP Suspension indicated that he “is very excited about this year. We had a chance to test with Safety First Suzuki this winter and both Bobby Fong and Scott Ryan at Laguna and we are really impressed with them both as riders and gentlemen”. “Tim from Penske is a great addition to the program and our products really compliment each other”. Safety First Suzuki was formed in 2004 by police officer/racer, Kevin Hanson, based out of Chicago, IL. For 2007, Safety First Suzuki will be competing in the AMA Superbike series in the Supersport and Formula Xtreme classes.
