Show Us Your Rides, Part 12: Jim Doyle

© 2014, Roadracing World Publishing, Inc.

This off-season we’re running a series showing your motorcycles. Not just your road racing bikes, but your streetbikes, motocross bikes, dirt bikes, pit bikes, mini bikes, trials bikes, land-speed bikes, drag bikes, speedway bikes, whatever you’ve got. If you have more than one bike, send photos of them all–alone or with you! Send in-focus bike photos (as jpeg files) along with the make, model and year of each bike and your name, city and state, plus the name of the photographer, to [email protected]. By sending us the photos, you are certifying that you own the rights to the photos and are giving us permission to feature them on roadracingworld.com. They may be posted on roadracingworld.com during slow news days.

Seen here in our 12th installment are photos sent in by racer Jim Doyle, age 60, of Overbrook, Kansas, who owns the G-Baby Racing Endurance Team competing in CMRA, USNE and ASRA/CCS events. The team finished second in the F2 class of the 2014 CMRA endurance series, running Suzuki SV650 racebikes. When he wasn’t running his endurance team or racing himself in 2014, Doyle served as Crew Chief for Tornado Bait Racing and rider Ron Mears at selected AMA Pro Racing events.

Doyle sent in photos of his endurance-prepped SV650 racebikes, his 1980 Suzuki FZ50 pit bike, his 1975 BMW R90 with a sidecar and the 2013 Suzuki DL650 he rode to his Crew Chief gigs with Tornado Bait Racing and to explore backroads in Kansas.
