AMA Pro Racing today sent out a link to a survey to be completed by each team’s official entrant. The survey came with a cover e-mail that read as follows: Dear Entrant, The survey linked below is intended to provide entrants with a mechanism for communicating feedback to AMA Pro Racing on an event-by-event basis. Each survey will be sent only to the entrant of each team and can only be taken once. Paddock Feedback Survey – Daytona 200 Week Thank your for your participation in the Daytona 200 Week Paddock Feedback Survey. Your feedback is valuable to us. Sincerely, AMA Pro Racing The questions asked included the following, with entrants asked to select one of five rankings, ranging from Least Satisfied to Most Satisfied: Overall: Were the AMA Pro Racing officials courteous and did they help facilitate your race weekend? Communications: Availability of information and communication before, during, and after the event in the form of Supplemental Regulations and Competitor Bulletins. Registration: Ease of registration process for post entries and registering crew without permanent credentials. Paddock operations: Timely and organized load-in procedure and clearly marked parking location. Paddock and Pit Lane Placement: Location of paddock assignment and pit-lane placement Pre-Event Technical Operations: Organization and process of pre-event technical inspection/tire control/transponder assignment procedures Post-Qualifying/Post-Race Technical Inspection: Reasonable and impartial processes and procedures for post-qualifying and post-race technical inspection. Pit and Grid Operations: Efficiency of pit and grid operations. Timing and Scoring: Prompt and accurate postings of points and times.
