A Talented rider coming from PTR Honda team after closing the season with a 16th place in the ranking and with a 7th place as his best result during 2012 championship.

Scholtz , despite his youth features a successful curriculum. After moving his first steps among some competitions in South Africa, he joined the Red Bull Rookie Cup, the IDM and CEV where he joined the season in 2011 among the MOTO2 championship. Ninetto Suriano immediately put an eye on him. He’s the right guy to aim big.

Two years ago I suggested Ronan Quarmby that during season 2011 made a huge progress. Today, I’m really glad to announce the deal with Mathew, a young talented rider which I’m sure we will strike great goals with.”

Mathew Scholtz – rider – “During this last season in the world championship I noticed the achievements of this great team. They looked for me even the last year and now I know that this is the right team to join both to grow as a rider and to place myself among the top of the ranking. I’m sure with the help of Ninetto Suriano this is absolutely a doable aim.”
