Richmond, Calif. – May 16, 2014 – SpeedMob, Inc. announces that it has purchased the operating assets and majority of inventory of Geared Up Powersports, LLC (DBA LeoVince USA).

SpeedMob, Inc. will take over distribution of most of the brands previously carried by Geared Up Powersports. LeoVince exhaust and carbon fiber will not be sold or serviced by SpeedMob, Inc., and more news regarding the brands carried by SpeedMob is expected in coming weeks.

Tim Calhoun, President of SpeedMob, states, “The contracts have been finalized and I am excited about this new venture and the possibilities it presents for us. We plan to offer new brands as well as continued service on a more focused offering of brands currently distributed by Geared Up Powersports. It allows us to create a name that coincides with our passion for speed sports.”

SpeedMob, Inc. will officially begin doing business on Monday, May 19, 2014. Current dealers will be able to continue purchasing products from Airoh Helmets, TechSpec, BMC and other brands now carried by SpeedMob, Inc. with uninterrupted service.

Calhoun concluded, “This change represents our desire to get back to the root of what brought my team and me into powersports. We want to reintegrate ourselves into the most passionate side of our business, not only as sponsors and vendors, but also as competitors, builders and riders on a human-to-human basis. SpeedMob allows us to create a brand that we live and to offer products that we really believe in. We hope that these brands will put smiles on riders’ faces and that dealers will choose SpeedMob to continue servicing their needs both on the fine brands brought over in the purchase as well as the new brands soon to join the SpeedMob family.”
