AND SPORTBIKE TRACK TIME ENTER INTO MANAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT DUBLIN, Ohio (April 17, 2007) TrueSports, Incorporated has announced a multi-year partnership and management agreement with Sportbike Track Time, the nation’s leading motorcycle track-day company. TrueSports, Inc., owner and operator of Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School, will provide Sportbike Track Time with general management and consulting services, including marketing and promotion of national events, advertising, public relations, business development, accounting support, and corporate sponsorship representation. TrueSports, Inc. will also provide a national call center for Sportbike Track Time events. For the second year, Sportbike Track Time will coordinate and manage all 20 Performance Track Riding dates at The Mid-Ohio School, with the first scheduled on April 28, 2007. The Mid-Ohio School and Sportbike Track Time partnered on 14 sold-out tack dates last year which led to this long-term agreement. Sportbike Track Time has been operating track days at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course since 2002. Sportbike Track Time, along with strategic partners Fastrack riders and Track Addix, yearly schedules nearly 200 events throughout the country at over 35 venues. Participants will collectively ride over two million miles on-track at all of its 2007 events. This dynamic schedule will lead to more than 20,000 riders participating in well-organized, safe and entertaining track day events this year. “TrueSports, Inc. is proud of its partnership with Sportbike Track Time.
