A DAY FOR ROCCO PRESENTED BY STAR MOTORCYCLE SCHOOL Jason Pridmore and the STAR Motorcycle School is proud to announce a track day at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway on November 2nd to benefit 18-year-old racer Rocco Horvath, who suffered paralyzing injuries during a race event two months ago. All of the proceeds from the day will go to Rocco and his family as they go through this difficult time. In addition to Jason and the STAR School instructors, racers Steve Rapp, Josh Hayes, James Rispoli and Ben Bostrom will participate in the event, with other racing stars adding their names to the list. This will be a fun, educational day with lots of track time and an opportunity to get questions answered from some of the best riders in the sport. “At STAR, we like to help as many up and coming kids as we can,” said Jason. “Rocco has been nothing but great to work and ride with. We all know the risks involved with this great sport of ours. This has hit close to home for us and we wanted to do something to help Rocco and his family get through this next chapter in their lives. November 2nd is going to be a great day for those involved, and thanks in advance to those who participate. I am sure as the word gets out that this is going to be a huge event. Thank you also to my friends in the industry for donating your time to such a great cause.” Cost for this benefit event is $500 per person. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. November 2nd is a Friday, and SoCal Trackdays has the rest of the weekend, so people can make a three-day weekend of it at a great track during a great time of the year. In addition, Jason will be available on Saturday and Sunday for his exclusive One-On-One instruction. To sign up or for more information about this fun day for a great cause, please call 562-802-7061 or visit www.starmotorcycle.com. The Skills and Techniques for Advanced Riding Motorcycle School was created to help you become a more proficient, more confident rider.
