Racer Chris Ulrich will not compete during this weekend’s AMA Pro Road Racing event at Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds, Alabama. The M4 Suzuki Superbike competitor suffered two fractured lumbar vertebrae and other injuries during a race two crash at Infineon Raceway approximately 30 days ago. Ulrich did not receive medical clearance to return to competition in Alabama due to the short amount of time since the incident. Ulrich hopes to return to action at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course July 8-10. He is a former race winner at the Lexington, Ohio circuit.
