DUCATI DEALERSHIPS REPEAT AS HIGHEST RANKED IN THE U.S.

For the Second Straight Year, Ducati Dealerships Come Out on Top in Study

Measuring Treatment of U.S. Motorcycle Shoppers

Cupertino, Calif. – As 2015 models continue to roll onto showroom floors, Ducati patrons can find confidence in knowing that they are in the best hands, as the newly released 2015 Pied Piper Satisfaction Index U.S. Motorcycle Industry Benchmarking Study indicated that – for the second straight year – Ducati dealerships are the highest ranked brand. Of the 18 manufacturers evaluated, Ducati landed on top in the study that measured dealership treatment of motorcycle shoppers between July 2014 and April 2015.

The study takes into account factors such as the availability of test rides, dealerships encouraging customers to sit on the motorcycles, and salespeople requesting customer contact information and trade-in information. Ducati dealerships have been ranked in the top three for nine consecutive years, and despite landing on top in the 2014 edition, still managed to improve upon that stellar performance, setting the industry standard once again.

Dealership and purchasing information for the all-new Scrambler, 1299 Panigale, Multistrada 1200 DVT and the rest of the 2015 lineup can be found at www.ducatiusa.com
